    【摘要】目的：评价俯卧位通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者中的应用价值。方法：选入急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者38例，取自2022年3月—2023年3月。双盲法分组，两组均为19例。参比组：一般体位通气；应用组：俯卧位通气。对两种体位通气方法氧合指标、呼吸条件等指标。结果：应用组脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)、氧合指数指标高于参比组(P0.05)。结论：俯卧位通气在ARDS患者中可改善氧合，有利于减低呼吸支持条件，缩短机械通气时间，值得临床推广。

    Application value of prone position ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome

    【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the application value of prone position ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods： Thirty-eight patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome were selected from March 2022 to March 2023. There were 19 cases in both groups. Reference group： general postural ventilation； Application group： prone position ventilation. The oxygenation index and respiratory condition of the two postural ventilation methods were studied.
