    【摘要】目的：总结杜立建教授运用益肾排石方治疗肾结石的学术经验。方法：通过从杜立建教授对肾结石病因病机及选方用药经验的归纳、整理，结合病案分析，总结杜立建教授的治疗肾结石的学术思想。结果：杜立建教授对于肾结石的治疗显著，为日后治疗肾结石提供了临床经验。结论：杜立建教授运用益肾排石方治疗肾结石具有很好的疗效，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： To summarize Professor Du Lijians academic experience in the treatment of kidney stones using the Yishen Paishi formula. Methods： By summarizing and organizing Professor Du Lijians experience in the etiology， pathogenesis， and prescription selection of kidney stones， combined with medical record analysis， this study summarizes Professor Du Lijians academic thinking on the treatment of kidney stones. Results： Professor Du Lijians treatment of kidney stones was significant， providing clinical experience for the future treatment of kidney stones. Conclusion： Professor Du Lijians use of the Yishen Paishi Formula in the treatment of kidney stones has a good therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion. ......
