    【摘要】目的：分析人性化护理联合完全植入式静脉输液港对血液肿瘤患儿的护理价值方法：选取 2020年 3 月—2022 年 3 月本院收治的80例血液肿瘤患儿为研究对象，以就诊顺序进行编号，单数为观察组，双数为对照组，各40例。对照组采取完全植入式静脉输液港常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合人性化护理。比较两组并发症发生率、满意度。结果：观察组并发症发生率为7.50%，低于对照组27.50%，(x2=4.242，P=0.039)；观察组满意度为97.50%，高于对照组77.50%，(x2=5.600，P=0.018)。结论：对进行完全植入式静脉输液港的血液肿瘤患儿采取人性化护理能有效的降低患儿并发症发生率，以及提高患儿父母的满意度。
