    【摘要】临床见习是临床医学教学过程中极为重要的教学活动，是由基础理论知识向临床实践技能过渡的重要环节。根据我们几年对见习教学调研中发现的问题，统一组织教员制定教学大纲、教学计划，规范了教学内容，采取理论授课与临床见习同时并举的方式，上午理论授课，下午到医院科室临床见习相关内容。严格监督管理学员，及时沟通协调解决学员反映的问题，使用多种教学方式丰富了教学形式，并应用以问题为导向及基于案例的新教学理念，最后带领学生在临床见习课后进行阶段性总结。调查发现该措施明显提高了教学质量，希望此文可以为同行分享经验教训，为医学院见习教学管理工作提供一定帮助。
