    【摘要】健康教育在妇幼保健工作中具有重要影响。通过健康教育，可以增强妇女的健康意识和自我保健能力，降低妇女患病率和死亡率，同时也可以提高儿童的健康水平，减少儿童疾病的发生。本文将从健康教育的方式、内容、效果等方面进行分析，为妇幼保健工作中的健康教育提供一些参考。

    【Abstract】Health education has an important impact on maternal and child health work.Through health education，womens health awareness and self-care ability can be improved，and the incidence of illness and mortality among women can be reduced.At the same time，it can also improve the health level of children and reduce the occurrence of childhood diseases.This article will analyze the methods，contents，and effects of health education，providing some reference for health education in maternal and child health work.
