    【摘要】目的：探讨在手术室常规标本管理中实施品管圈管理的实践成效。方法：2021年1月，我们科室根据现状成立品管圈小组，正式针对手术室常规病理标本启动品管圈管理模式，先选定主题、设定目标、拟定活动计划书，制定活动计划、拟定对策、进行对策实施、标准化处置，最终确认效果，对问题进行解析与讨论分析，结合问题制定针对性改进措施。同时自制评分标准，对圈成员的解决问题能力、责任感、沟通协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度这八方面情况进行调查。结果：实施品管圈管理后，标本送检期间丢失率由之前的1.23%降为0.89%，标本混淆率由之前的1.79%降为1.13%，留置不当率由之前的1.19%降为0.73%，记录不全率由之前的1.35%降为0.81%。活动后，品管圈成员的八项能力评分较活动前均有显著提升。结论：基于品管圈开展手术室常规病理标本管理，可提升标本管理质量，提升品管圈成員的各种能力
