【摘要】目的：探讨消化道出血(GIB)采取内镜下组织胶注射治疗中应用心理护理的效果。方法：选择2021年10月—2023年2月我院收治的GIB患者64例，双色球法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(常规+心理护理)，每组32例，对比效果。结果：观察组术后应激反应指标中空腹血糖更高、肾上腺素与皮质醇更低，负面心理指标中焦虑评分与抑郁评分更低，与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)；观察组对护理满意度更高，与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：内镜下组织胶注射治疗GIB中加强心理护理干预，能减轻手术应激反应，还可更好地缓解术后负面心理情绪，提升患者满意度，有应用价值。
