【摘要】目的：探讨系统护理干预对急性重症脑外伤患者术后康复的效果观察及对神经功能的影响。方法：选取2019年12月—2022年12月我院收治的急性重症脑外伤患者50例，分为两组，对照组选择常规护理干预，研究组选择系统护理干预。结果：与对照组比，研究组的康复效果更好(P<0.05)；研究组的NIHSS、BI评分更低(P<0.05)；研究组的不良事件发生率更低且护理满意度更高。结论：系统护理干预对急性重症脑外伤患者的术后康复效果更加显著，不仅能改善患者的神经功能以及生存质量，还能减少不良事件的发生，提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。
