【摘要】目的：对精细化护理在复杂性肾结石手术患者中的应用价值进行了分析。方法：运用目的抽样法选取我院2021年5月—2023年5月期间收治并接受手术治疗的复杂性肾结石患者100例，根据组间数据均衡可比的原则分为对照组、研究组两组，其中对照组执行常规护理干预，研究组实施精细化护理。比较两组患者术后各项指标。结果：研究组患者术后24h、术后48h疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗期间并发症发生率6.00%，明显低于对照组18.00%(P<0.05)；研究组术后生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：精细化护理在手术治疗复杂性肾结石患者中的应用，不仅可有效缓解患者术后疼痛和降低术后并发症发生，提升患者生活质量也有着突出效果。
