【摘要】目的：探讨精细化护理在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理中的应用效果。 方法：于2021年1月—2022年12月期间在我院选取肺癌患者分析病例，共88例，分为实施传统的护理(对照组)与实施精细化护理(观察组)，两组均44例。比较两组效果。结果：观察组患者各项手术指标低于对照组，生活质量高于对照组，护理后观察组的负性情绪低于对照组，并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过临床实施精细化护理来改善肺癌患者的病情，值得推广。
