【摘要】目的：探究对老年高血压护理干预对其用药管理效果的影响。方法：选取我院2021年2月—2022年2月收治的老年高血压患者共50例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例。比较两组老年高血压患者血压值以及用药依从性。结果：观察组患者护理后血压值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组老年高血压患者用药依从性显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对老年高血压患者进行合理的药物治疗，可以有效地改善患者的药物治疗，使患者的血压得到有效的控制，使患者的治疗更加顺从，值得大力推广和使用。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on medication management of elderly hypertension.
