【摘要】目的：分析针对性手术室护理配合对于人工全髋关节置换术(THA)的护理作用。方法：选择THA治疗患者共52例，随机数字表划定，甲组在手术室护理中采取针对性护理配合，乙组采取常规护理配合，对比护理效果。结果：甲组的手术指标均优于乙组(P<0.05)。甲组术后的各项生命体征均低于乙组，甲组的各项护理满意度分值高于乙组，且并发症率低于乙组(P<0.05)。结论：在THA手术室护理期间予用针对性护理配合能够改善手术指标，稳定患者各项体征，且能规避并发症风险，获得高度满意。
