【摘要】目的：探讨个性化护理对脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的影响。方法：将我院2020年2月—2021年6月60例脑梗死患者，采用双盲随机法分两组进行研究。对照组采用常规护理，个性化组采用个性化护理。比较两组护理前后营养状况、吞咽功能评分、生活质量、护理满意度。结果：个性化组营养状况、吞咽功能评分、生活质量高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：脑梗死患者实施个性化护理模式效果确切。
