【摘要】目的：分析整体护理对于脑出血围术期的护理效果。方法：选择103例脑出血患者，随机数字表划定，一组在患者围术期予用整体护理，二组在患者围术期予用常规护理，对比护理效果。结果：一组的手术指标优于二组，一组的并发症率低于二组(P<0.05)。护理前，组间的心理评分、生活质量评分对比无差异(P>0.05)。护理后，一组的心理评分低于二组，生活质量评分高于二组(P<0.05)。结论：为脑出血患者实行围术期整体护理能够改善手术指标，减少并发症，且能调节患者的心理状态，提升其生活质量。
