【摘要】 目的：观察腰椎间盘突出症围术期实施快速康复护理的效果。方法：从我院2021年5月—2023年5月选84例患者，随机分为两组，各42例，对照组(常规护理)，观察组(快速康复护理)，观察其应用效果。结果：观察组术后恢复时间低于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组；并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对腰椎间盘突出症围术期患者实施快速康复护理，能够缩短恢复时间提升护理效果，建议推广。

    Study on the effect of rapid rehabilitation care in the perioperative period of patients with lumbar disc herniation

    【Abstract】Objective： To observe the effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation care in the perioperative period of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods： 84 patients were selected from our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023， randomly divided into two groups of 42 cases each， the control group (conventional care) and the observation group (rapid rehabilitation care)， to observe the effect of their application. Results： The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group； the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group； and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).
