【摘要】目的：探讨手术室精细化护理对非小细胞肺癌患者胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的应用效果。方法：随机选取80例于我院行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的非小细胞肺癌病人，依照双盲方式予以分组，将病人分成两组，并分别给予常规手术室护理和手术室精细化护理，对两组患者的手术相关指标、并发症发生情况予以对比。结果：相较于对照组，试验组术中出血量少、引流管留置时间、手术时间以及住院时间均短，术后并发症少、随访6个月死亡率明显更低，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：手术室精细化护理可有效改善患者手术相关指标，降低术后并发症风险，对于患者预后的改善具有积极的影响作用。
