【摘要】目的：分析循证护理对ICU重症颅脑外伤病人的应用效果。方法：研究时间定为2021年11月，研究结束时间定为2022年11月，选取该期间到我院ICU接受治疗的重型颅脑外伤病人作为研究对象，总例数为80例，以电脑抽号法作为分组方式，将80例病人分为两组，即：观察组(n=40)、对照组(n=40)，对观察组病人实施循证护理，对照组病人实施常规护理，分析两组病人接受不同护理措施后的差异性。结果：观察组病人的生活质量、满意度、MRI评分更高于对照组，观察组病人的并发症发生率、NFD、MMSE等评分更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：循证护理对ICU重症颅脑外伤病人的应用效果确切，值得广泛应用于临床。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on ICU patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.
