【摘要】目的：分析层级管理模式在健康管理中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月我院健康管理中心的工作人员20名，2022年1月—2022年6月期间实施常规管理模式。2022年7月—2022年12月期间实施层级管理模式，以比较管理效果。结果：与常规管理模式相比，实施层级管理模式后的工作人员的工作满意度更高，且护理质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：针对健康管理中心护理管理，采取层级管理模式的效果更优，工作人员的工作满意度更高，且经管理后，工作人员的专业技能评分更高，管理优势突出，可在临床大量推广。
