【摘要】目的：探讨脊柱MR扫描在儿童脊髓栓系中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的符合条件的100例脊髓栓系综合征患儿，对其临床表现、MR影像学特征及相关资料进行分析。结果：100例患者儿中，70例患儿脊髓低位，脊髓位置正常者30例，脊髓低位合并椎管内脂肪瘤者19例，椎管内蛛网膜囊肿者19例，脊髓空洞者8例，皮毛窦综合征者9例。结论：脊柱MR扫描对诊断儿童脊髓栓系具有重要价值，能准确的诊断脊髓、终丝的形态及位置，为临床手术提供依据。
