【摘要】目的：观察四肢长管骨创伤骨折行钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗的效果。方法：于2021年4月—2023年4月期间我院收治60例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者进行研究，以抽签法将所有患者平均纳入常规组、试验组，每组30例，分别行传统闭合交锁髓内钉和钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗，比较组间治疗前后Barthel指数、FIM评分、VAS评分，统计组间治疗后上肢关节ROM角度、手术相关指标以及术后并发症发生率。结果：治疗前两组Barthel指数、FIM评分、VAS评分比较(P>0.05)，统计学无意义；治疗后试验组各项指标优于常规组(P<0.05)，有统计学意义；治疗后试验组上肢关节ROM角度、手术相关指标以及术后并发症发生率等指标优于常规组(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：对四肢长管骨创伤骨折疾病行钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗，可改善患者上肢关节活动度，缓解疼痛，对并发症有预防作用，值得临床中广泛应用。
