【摘要】目的：临床在诊断冠心病患者过程中，将平板运动试验与动态心电图心率变异性检查展开了联合应用，探讨该方式的准确性。方法：取2021年9月—2022年12月收治疑似冠心病患者60例，对其进行诊断时，应用平板运动试验与动态心电图心率变异性检查，同时对所有人员进行冠状动脉造影，对比两种方式所获结果。结果：60例疑似冠心病人员中，经冠状动脉造影检查明确疾病人员为55例，经研究中两种方式联合诊断明确为53例，敏感度、特异度以及准确度分别为96.36%(53/55)、80.00%(4/5)、95.00%(57/60)，检测其一致性可发现为0.778，一致性良好。结论：对于冠心病患者而言，临床在明确疾病情况时，可应用平板运动试验与动态心电图心率变异性检查两种方式，检查过程中对机体无创，且具有较高的疾病检出率，具有较高的临床应用价值。
