【摘要】目的：探究早期肠内营养支持治疗应用在ICU重症颅脑损伤患者中的效果及对患者营养状况和并发症的改善作用。方法：2020年1月—2023年4月研究时段中，因重症颅脑损伤在本院ICU接受相应治疗的患者共计40例，按照同比例，对其进行红蓝球随机分组处理。对照组实行常规治疗，基于此，观察组患者加入早期肠内营养支持治疗。对两组患者治疗前后营养指标进行监测，同时统计不良并发症情况，比较分析早期肠内营养支持治疗的应用效果。结果：观察组营养指标中白蛋白、血红蛋白与血清总蛋白水平均较对照组更高(P<0.05)；观察组不良并发症发生率与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05)。结论：面对ICU重症颅脑损伤患者，临床积极实行早期肠内营养支持治疗，有助于增强机体营养状况，减少不良并发症发生风险，保证患者治疗成效，可作为理想治疗方案进行推广。
