【摘要】目的：分析研究彩色多普勒超声在健康体检中诊断甲状腺癌的价值。方法：选择在2022年10月—2023年4月前来我院就诊的甲状腺结节患者42例，全部通过手术病理检查证实，将其在健康体检时实施的彩色多普勒超声、CT表现进行回顾分析，明确两种检查手段的检出率、良恶性结节超声表现。结果：彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的检出率比CT更高(P<0.05)；在彩色多普勒超声中，低密度回声、钙化、边界不清、结节内血流丰富概率、形态不规则、实性结节比良性结节更高(P<0.05)。结论：将彩色多普勒超声应用在健康体检中诊断甲状腺癌的价值高，具有较高的检出率，同时可以鉴别良恶性结节，值得在临床中推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer in physical examination. Methods： 42 patients with thyroid nodule who came to our hospital from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected， all of whom were confirmed by surgical pathological examination.
