【摘要】目的：探析在阿尔茨海默症和血管性痴呆患者诊断区分中核磁共振成像技术的运用效果。方法：本文选取白银市第三人民医院2019年3月—2023年2月间白银市第三人民医院收治的患有阿尔茨海默病、血管性痴呆各28例，分别纳入试验1组、试验2组，对两组研究对象实施核磁共振成像技术诊断，获取诊断结果，完成组间对比分析。结果：试验1组中轴壮位脑白质疏松严重程度在0～1分之间人数占比率高于试验2组，而在2～4分之间人数占比率则低于试验2组，P<0.05。同时，试验1组海马体积小于试验2组，而颞角深度、三脑室宽度、外侧裂宽度则大于试验2组(P<0.05)。结论：在进行阿尔茨海默症和血管性痴呆患者临床诊断期间，核磁共振成像技术的使用可有效区分二者，以此为后续治疗提供更充分且可靠的参考依据。
