【摘要】 目的：论团体社交康复训练在封闭式精神科病房优质护理服务中的效果。方法 取2022年4月—2023年4月我院封闭式精神科病房患者48例，随机分成：对照组、观察组(各24例)。对照组常规护理，观察组增加团体社交康复训练，比较两组的护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组的SSPI评分与NOSIE评分高于对照组，IPROS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于封闭式精神科病房患者，给予团体社交康复训练将改善患者的精神症状与社会功能，有助于患者的康复。
