【摘要】目的：研究分析消毒供应中心在外来医疗器械流程监控中使用质量追溯管理系统的应用效果。方法：本研究将本院2021年4月—2023年4月我院消毒供应中心接收的654件外来医疗器械设为研究对象，将2021年4月—2022年3月接受的322件外来医疗器械设为对照组，2022年4月—2023年4月接受的332件外来医疗器械设为观察组，对照组采用常规医疗器械流程管理，观察组使用消毒供应中心质量追溯管理，比较两组医疗器械缺陷事件发生率、器械管理效果。结果：观察组缺陷事件发生率2.10%，对照组缺陷事件发生率4.96%，观察组比对照组低，差异有统计学意义(x2=3.941，P=0.047)；观察组医疗器械清洗效果、植入医疗器械灭菌效果、灭菌监测管理评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过使用质量追溯管理系统，消毒供应中心对外来器械能够有效的降低医疗器械缺陷率，预防了院内感染的发生，并提高了管理的质量，确保手术中使用器械的质量，值得应用。
