【摘要】目的：观察产后尽早活动在预防静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法：选取80例产妇，均于2022年8月—2023年4月在本院分娩，对照组与观察组各随机纳入40例，前组产后活动常规开展，后组产后活动尽早开展，对比产后康复效果。结果：观察组有更低的静脉血栓发生率，有更少的产后出血量，并有更短的恶露持续时间、住院时间、初乳时间，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：产后静脉血栓预防中，产后尽早活动的应用可显著提高预防效果，降低静脉血栓发生率，并利于术后康复速度加快。
