【摘要】目的：探究宫颈扩张球囊(单、双球囊)与欣普贝生(地诺前列酮栓)促宫颈成熟在妊娠晚期孕妇引产中的应用。方法：将88例妊娠晚期孕妇纳入本次研究中，收取时间段在2021年1月—2023年6月，根据不同治疗方式分组，一组观察组44例采用宫颈扩张球囊(单、双球囊)促宫颈成熟、一组对照组44例采用欣普贝生促宫颈成熟，再将两组各项指标进行对比。结果：观察组治疗后的宫颈成熟度评分、新生儿在出生1min、5min的Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后并发症低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈扩张球囊与欣普贝生(地诺前列酮栓)在基层医院引产使用中性价比球囊更好，价格低廉，安全性优于欣普贝生，患者更易于接受，更适用于基层医院使用，普贝生在使用过程中较易引起过强宫缩及胎儿宫内窘迫。
