【摘要】目的：探讨凝血四项指标对妊娠期糖尿病患者的检测价值。方法：选择我院收治的948例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组，选择同期健康体检的正常妊娠孕妇900例作为对照组，纳入期限为2020年10月—2023年2月，两组均接受凝血四项指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、凝血酶时间(TT)]检测。比较两组不同孕期凝血四项指标检测结果，进行对比。结果：孕中期观察组PT、APTT均短于对照组，Fg高于对照组(P<0.05)，两组TT差异较小，无统计学意义(P>0.05)；孕晚期观察组PT、APTT及TT均短于对照组，Fg明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不同孕期凝血指标差异明显，除孕早期及中期TT组间对比无明显差异(P>0.05)，其余指标均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：妊娠期糖尿病患者不同孕期凝血功能伴有高凝等异常情况，不但要加强对患者血糖的干预，还需要关注凝血功能变化，积极预防血栓等疾病，最大限度保障母婴安全。
