【摘要】目的：研究和分析脊柱骨折患者康复护理应用中医特色护理技术的方法和效果。方法：选择在我院接受治疗的82例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象，时间跨度2022年11月—2023年4月，采用随机数字表法，分为对照组(n=41例)和观察组(n=41例)。康复护理对照组应用常规护理技术，观察组应用中医特色护理技术。结果：护理后两组ASIA神经、运动功能评分用t进行检验，结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组评分更高。护理后两组小腹胀痛、排尿困难评分用t进行检验，结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组评分更低。两组并发症发生率用2进行检验，结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组发生率更低。结论：脊柱骨折患者康复护理中应用中医特色护理技术，可有效改善患者的神经及运动功能，降低小腹胀痛，缓解排尿困难，且安全有效，值得推广应用。
