【摘要】目的：探讨穴位贴敷联合机械振动排痰机治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的疗效及护理对策。方法：于2021年1月—2022年12月期间在我院选取小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿分析病例，共200例，分为实施传统的西药联合机械振动排痰机治疗(对照组)与实施穴位贴敷联合机械振动排痰机治疗(观察组)，两组均100例。并实施针对性的护理策略。比较两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，生活质量高于对照组，患儿的症状缓解时间低于对照组，患儿不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通过临床实施穴位贴敷联合机械振动排痰机治疗来改善小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿的病情，值得推广。
