【摘要】目的：观察阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病下肢血供病变对患者踝肱指数(ABI)与不良反应发生率的影响。方法：选取本院500例糖尿病下肢血供病变患者，以数字表法随机分为两组，对照组予以氯吡格雷，联合组在对照组基础上予以阿托伐他汀，比较两组治疗前后血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血液流变学[全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)]、ABI及不良反应。结果：联合组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，HDL-C显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；联合组治疗后WBV、PV、EAI显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；联合组治疗后ABI显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病下肢血供病变可有效改善患者血脂及血液流变学，提高ABI，且不良反应发生率低，安全性好。
