【摘要】目的：临床治疗2型糖尿病老年患者，以甘精胰岛素、瑞格列奈对患者肝肾功能变化以及安全性效果分析。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月间，我院诊治288例糖尿病患者参与分析，将选取数据以计算机表法作为分组标准，每组患者144例，研究组甘精胰岛素、瑞格列奈；对照组常规治疗，分析两组肝功能指标、肾功能指标、并发症等。结果：研究组肝脏功能、肾脏功能变化情况比较对照组患者肝肾功能变化更优异，研究组并发症发生率(1.39%)与对照组并发症发生率(9.03%)对比，研究组并发症较少，治疗安全性更高，对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：治疗2型糖尿病老年患者期间，予以瑞格列奈、甘精胰岛素治疗具有极高的安全性，患者肾脏功能、肝脏功能影响较低，值得临床广泛使用。
