【摘要】目的：探讨慢阻肺急性加重期(AECOPD)采取特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的AECOPD患者80例研究，双色球法分为两组，包括对照组(糖皮质激素治疗)与观察组(糖皮质激素+特布他林治疗)，每组40例。对比效果。结果：观察组总有效率更高，而症状缓解时间更短，与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组肺功能与炎症因子比较无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC更高，炎症因子IL-6、CRP、TNF-α更低，与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：AECOPD患者采取糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗，与糖皮质激素治疗比较，一方面能明显改善肺功能，另一方面可更好地促进炎症因子水平下降，缩短症状缓解时间，全面提升患者的临床效果，有应用价值。
