【摘要】目的：分析临床护理路径在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用及对出血量的影响。方法：选2022年1月—2022年12月期间在本院治疗的60例妊高症产妇进行研究，随机分为观察组(30例，临床护理路径)与对照组(30例，常规护理)。分析患者血压水平、产后出血量、妊娠结局。结果：观察组患者SBP、DBP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者产后出血量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者不良妊娠率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径可显著降低患者血压水平，降低患者产后出血量，改善患者妊娠结局，对改善患者预后具有重要的影响，值得广泛推广。
