【摘要】目的：探究分析本社区卫生服务中心健康教育对门诊高血压病治疗的价值。方法：本研究筛选2021年3月—2023年2月门诊治疗的86例高血压病患者，将采取常规护理的43例患者设定为参照组，采取健康教育的43例患者设定为研究组，对比两组血压水平、干预效果和心理状态。结果：干预后，研究组的血压水平低于参照组，(P<0.05)；干预后，研究组SAS和SDS评分比参照组低(P<0.05)；研究组疾病知晓度及自我管理能力比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论：本社区卫生服务中心对门诊高血压病患者在治疗中开展健康教育有助于改善患者血压水平，提升患者疾病知晓度和自我管理能力，应用价值较高，值得推广。
