【摘要】目的：探究分析家庭医生服务模式对社区2型糖尿病患者疗效的作用。方法：选取本社区2022年1月—2022年12月2型糖尿病患者共80例，随机分为两组，即参照组与研究组，分别应用常规干预与家庭医生服务模式干预。比较两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平及患者满意度情况。结果：干预后，研究组的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平明显优于参照组，且满意度明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：家庭医生服务模式对社区2型糖尿病患者疗效的作用较为显著，可有效改善患者血糖水平，且取得了患者的一致好评，该干预方式应用价值较高。
