【摘要】目的：分析脑卒中患者院前急救措施对改善病情预后的效果。方法：选取我院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的脑卒中患者共80例，将其进行随机分组，分为研究组和参照组，参照组40例患者行院前常规急救；研究组40例患者行院前急救措施救治。对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果：研究组院前救治时间、院内救治时间及住院时间明显短于参照组，救治后自主神经功能与肢体运动功能均好于参照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对于脑卒中患者行院前急救措施救治，可明显优化救治流程，缩短救治时间，促使院前与院内建立无缝衔接，为患者获得良好预后提供了积极条件，其临床应用价值较高。
