【摘要】目的：探讨齐多拉米双夫定片联合替诺福韦与依非韦伦治疗艾滋病的效果。方法：选择2019年1月—2021年12月我院收治的艾滋病患者150例，按照数表随机的方式分组，对照组(n=75)采用齐多拉米双夫定片与奈韦拉平治疗，研究组(n=75)采用齐多拉米双夫定片联合替诺福韦与依非韦伦治疗。对比两组治疗前后HIV病毒载量、T淋巴细胞水平、血清炎性因子以及不良反应。结果：治疗6及12个月后，两组HIV病毒载量均较治疗前降低，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗6及12个月后，两组CD4+细胞数量及CD4+/CD8+水平均较治疗前上升，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗6及12个月后，两组CRP及TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)；对照组与研究组不良反应发生率比较差异不大，无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：齐多拉米双夫定片联合替诺福韦与依非韦伦治疗艾滋病的效果确切，可显著降低患者HIV病毒载量，减轻机体炎症反应，调剂免疫功能，值得推广。
