【摘要】目的：研究在基层医院西药房中开展药学服务的方法，对西药房服务的影响。方法：进一步优化我院的西药房管理，为患者提供全方位与个性化的服务，提高药师的综合素质。最后，观察患者对医院服务的满意程度、药师综合素质的提升情况。结果：(1)对我院西药房开展更加完善的药学服务具有必要性。(2)提高患者对医院西药房的服务满意度，增加患者的用药积极性和配合度。(3)在一定程度上改善药师的服务态度，增强药师的专业素质，提高药师的学习积极性。结论：在西药房开展药学服务能够让患者更加清晰地认识到适度用药的重要性，且可以进一步完善药房的管理体制。
