【摘要】目的：探讨人性化护理在食管癌放疗患者中的效果。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年4月我院收治的50例食管癌患者，随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(人性化护理)，每组25例，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组总有效率稍高于对照组，但差异不大，P>0.05；观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组，差异显著，P<0.05；观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，差异显著，P<0.05。结论：食管癌放疗患者采取人性化护理可进一步提高疗效，同时可更好地提升患者的生活质量，从而促使患者对护理服务更满意，有应用价值。
