【摘要】目的：研究给予膀胱癌泌尿造口老年患者护理干预对其生活质量提升以及焦虑抑郁情绪改善带来的影响。方法：选取2021年10月—2022年10月期间本院收治的80例膀胱癌泌尿造口老年患者为观察对象，随机将这80例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者术后实施常规护理干预，观察组患者术后实施系统护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者生活质量评分、SAS以及SDS评分均优于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意率为97.5%，高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05)。结论：在膀胱癌患者泌尿造口手术后实施系统护理干预能够为患者提供优质、细致的护理服务，也能提升患者生活质量和改善患者不良情绪，因此值得在临床实践中应用。
