【摘要】目的：分析探讨精细化护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法：选取我院2021年10月—2022年10月期间收治的168例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，将其按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组84例患者。其中观察组患者实施精细化护理，对照组患者实施常规护理，比较两组患者的护理质量评分、疼痛程度、护理风险事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者护理后各项护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理后疼痛程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：与常规护理方式比较，精细化护理具有更好的效果，可以很好地提高患者的护理质量，降低患者的疼痛程度，降低风险事件发生率。
