【摘要】目的：分析完全护理模式对耐多药肺结核患者心理状况及炎症反应的影响。方法：选择2019年8月—2021年8月我院收治的96例耐多药肺结核患者，用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(48例，采用常规护理模式)和试验组(48例，实行完全护理模式)。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，试验组炎症因子水平及负面情绪评分明显低于对照组，但试验组疾病认知水平及护理满意度明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：完全护理模式可以显著提高耐多药肺结核患者炎症控制效果，缓解患者不良情绪，提升护理满意度，有较高的应用价值。
