【摘要】目的：讨论叙事护理在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的实施效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2023年1月80例慢性乙型肝炎患者，以随机数字表法分为甲组(常规护理)与乙组(常规护理联合叙事护理)，各40例，观察两组干预效果。结果：干预后，与甲组相比，乙组焦虑和抑郁程度评分更低，健康信念和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分更高，对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：叙事护理有助于缓解慢性乙型肝炎患者的不良情绪，增强健康信念。
