【摘要】目的：观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃痞病的疗效。方法：选取我院2021年10月—2022年11月期间收治的74例胃痞病患者，随机分为治疗组与参照组，各37例。参照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗。对比两组的症状积分、治疗效果和不良反应。结果：治疗组治疗后症状积分及不良反应发生率均低于参照组，总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：在临床上，采取半夏泻心汤加减对胃痞病进行治疗，临床疗效确切，不良反应少，在改善患者各项临床症状的同时，促进疾病恢复。
