【摘要】目的：分析中医护理联合督脉灸、穴位贴敷在虚寒体质腰腿痛患者中的应用效果。方法：选取在我院进行治疗的虚寒体质腰腿痛患者92例，随机分为对照组(n=46，常规护理)和观察组(n=46，中医护理联合督脉灸、穴位贴敷)。比较两组干预效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率(95.65%)显著高于对照组(78.26%)，差异显著(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组疼痛程度、持续时间及发作频率均低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组各项中医症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中医护理联合督脉灸、穴位贴敷能够提高虚寒体质腰腿痛患者的治疗效果，减轻疼痛程度，从而提升生活质量。
