【摘要】 目的：探究重症胰腺炎患者实施中医护理干预后的心理状况及并发症情况。方法：选取2019年7月—2021年12月在甘肃省兰州市榆中县三角城卫生院接受治疗的重症胰腺炎患者100例，随机分为两组(研究组采用中医护理干预，对照组采用常规护理干预)，每组50例患者，比较两组患者心理状态及并发症。结果：护理前，两组患者的心理状况比较无差异(P>0.05)；护理后，两组患者的心理状况均有所改善，其中研究组患者的改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：为改善重症胰腺炎患者的情况，在给予患者治疗的同时实施中医护理干预，在一定程度上可以有效地改善患者的心理状况，降低并发症发生率。
