【摘要】目的：分析中医护理联合早期康复护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者64例，随机分为对照组(n=32，早期康复护理)和观察组(n=32，中医护理联合早期康复护理)。比较两组干预效果。结果：观察组绝对卧床休息时间、腰背疼痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理1、2及4周的Harris评分及Barthel指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对股骨颈骨折患者实施中医护理与早期康复护理联合干预，加快了患者康复进程，减少了并发症，从而显著改善其髋关节功能，提升其生活自理能力。
