【摘要】儿童性早熟属于临床常见的一种小儿内分泌疾病，其危害较大。由于患儿骨骺提前停止生长，会导致其身高矮于同龄人。加之儿童智力和心理发育水平为实际年龄水平，但是性特征提前发育，会导致其出现心理障碍，对儿童学习和生活造成影响。儿童性早熟症状较轻时，患儿会表现为性激素水平失调，严重时会造成系统性内分泌失调，当肾上腺皮质功能亢进时会导致全身性多毛症状，而肾上腺皮质功能低下时会导致毛发减少和干枯。临床对儿童性早熟疾病多采取药物治疗，且药物选择的种类较多，为保障患儿的用药安全，本文就儿童性早熟的药物治疗进行如下综述。
